The Amazon basin is home to the domesticated species Capsicum Chinense, a chili that was widely used and extended through all that zone already thousands of years ago. Nowadays Colombia grows a huge variety of unique chilis with incredible flavors and every once in awhile new varieties are discovered.

Our chilis com from farms of friends and farmers from all over Colombia. We select the fresh chilis for you to dehydrate them artisanally in shade by our selves so they would preserve all their flavor. Later they are ground by hand to guarantee the highest quality for a unique experience.
